  1. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water each day to stay hydrated.
  2. Getting up early in the morning will help you feel more energetic and productive.
  3. For added freshness, drink a glass of water with freshly squeezed half lemon juice when you first wake up.
  4. Take an early morning stroll/walk/exercise before dawn and enjoy the sun on your skin. It will assist you in consuming vitamin D without affecting you skin UV rays.
  5. Try to sweat in Gym, exercise or in any workout classes.
  6. Meditate for at least 10 minutes in morning.
  7. Do jumping jacks to pump up your lymphatic system. e.g.: rope jumping
  8. Soak 4-5 almonds overnight and eat in morning.
  9. Prefer to drink green vegetable juice made with cucumber, kale, celery, carrot, lime, and ginger.
  10. Eat fruits and vegetable plant-based diet and skip artificial food packed with artificial preservatives.
  11. Skip coffee/tea and switch to herbal or green tea in morning.
